Table reservations for the RHQ Bistro are managed through Now Book It.
When you make a reservation through Now Book It, you are also subject to Now Book It’s applicable terms and conditions and any booking conditions applying to your reservation.
Please check your booking confirmation carefully, including the date, time, number of guests and any conditions applying to your reservation.
Royal Hotel Queanbeyan eGift Cards are purchased through Now Book It and payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
RHQ eGift Cards:
A maximum of 10 gift cards or $1,000 in gift cards may be purchased in a single transaction.
Gift cards expire 3 years after the date of issue.
Additional terms are provided when purchasing an eGift Card through Now Book It. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem an RHQ eGift Card, you agree to the applicable gift card terms.
Membership of the RHQ Loyalty Program is subject to the RHQ Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.
The program is managed using technology provided by Zen Global. Zen Global’s privacy policy applies to its handling of personal information through that service.
Tickets for some live shows and events at The Upperhouse are sold through Oztix.
Tickets purchased through Oztix are subject to Oztix’s Terms & Conditions and any event-specific conditions provided at the time of purchase.
Please check event dates, times, ticket types, age restrictions and other conditions carefully before completing your purchase.
Some RHQ and Upperhouse dining experiences, special events and other ticketed activities may have their own booking conditions.

Functions, weddings and private events at The Upperhouse are subject to separate booking terms and conditions provided during the booking process.

If there is any inconsistency between these website Terms & Conditions and the terms agreed for your private event, the specific terms of your function or event agreement will apply to that booking.

Entry to and continued presence at the venue are subject to applicable liquor, gaming and other laws, our House Policy and reasonable directions from our team.
