Terms & Conditions

Prize pool

Based on the targeted 30 teams the prize pool will be as follows, and the prize pool will depend on final team numbers.

• 1st Place $17,800
• 2nd Place $8,900
• 3rd Place $4,450

Drawn teams will share equally in the prize pool. The winner is the team who has accumulated the greatest account balance over the 39 weeks.

Bonuses

There will be 3 x beer and bet days at $10,000 per day.

• Australian Cup Day, 28 March 2026
• Stradbroke Handicap, 13 June 2026
• Champions Stakes Day, 7 November 2026

There will be 12 x $1,000 cash giveaways. Every Saturday afternoon punters enjoy happy hour prices.

Dividends

All winnings will be paid out in cash on the 7 November 2026, including each teams accumulated balance.

Financials

• $125 per team per week for 39 weeks commencing 21 February 2026 and concluding on Champions Stakes Day on 7 November 2026.
• No more than 5 punters per team.
• The weekly contributions will be utilised as follows:
  • Each week all teams will bet $62 via the Royal TAB.
  • $37 per week per team is attributed to the prize pool and cash giveaways.
  • $26 per week per team is allocated to food and beverage for beer and bet days.

Betting rules

• Any market set by the TAB is an approved bet.
• Betting opens each week on Tuesday and closes the following Monday at 7pm.
• No cash out on any bets. Scratching rules apply.
• Failure to submit a bet will forfeit the $62 back into the pool.
• All vouchers remain at the Royal Hotel Queanbeyan in the team name.
• Bets to be communicated by WhatsApp at least 3 hours prior to the first leg.
• No more than 2 multis per week, with no more than 5 legs per multi.

Administration

• A single payment for each team in advance is preferable incentivised by a round of beers on Matt.
• Individual payments from members will be accepted but in installments of no smaller than $50 and no arrears.
• All punters will be issued with an invoice and an EFT number.
• Payment is to be made by transfer quoting the EFT number to:

• The Hotel will use its best endeavors to place all bets in a timely manner. However, we will not be held responsible if for some reason, the bet is not placed. In this event, we will communicate with the respective team to ensure a replacement bet is made.

Agreement

By filling in the form you agree to these Terms & Conditions for joining the Royal Punters Club at the Royal Hotel Queanbeyan.
