Get ready to dust off your ugliest Christmas jumper — Tapas & Cocktails is back with a festive twist and you’re on the invite list.

Join us on Friday 25 July for a night of cheeky midyear fun, tapas menu, winter cocktails and tunes in our beautiful Manhattan Room.

Executive Chef Wayne has created a Christmas-inspired tapas menu:

Freshly shucked oysters with Wild Brumby sour apple and pine needle mignonette

Baked camembert with honey, cranberry jam, baguette

Queensland tiger prawn sliders, cocktail sauce

Christmas ham and local truffle vol au vents

Poached meringue with vanilla custard, cherries

We’ve teamed up with Wild Brumby to serve up festive schnapps cocktails and schnapps, plus mulled wine and all your bar favourites.

A DJ will be setting the vibe from 6pm, and there’s a prize for the worst (aka ugliest) Christmas jumper, so dress to impress… or distress.

Executive Chef Wayne will prepare a shared French set menu that celebrates hearty French flavours and artisanal produce, bringing your favourite people around the table. Inspired by the heart of France, Wayne’s menu brings hearty dishes and the warm spirit of a French brasserie to our elegant Upperhouse space. After seeing just how special our last Sunday Table was, we’re excited to invite you back for another afternoon of connection and celebration.

Picture this: soft French melodies drifting through the air, tables laden with generous platters made for sharing, and glasses clinking as you toast to life’s simple pleasures.

Our Chicago bar will be pouring all your favourites, along with a selection of French drinks to complete the experience.
